Storyline : As the result of an altercation between Krusty Krab and Plankton, their secret formula suddenly vanishes causing Bikini Bottomites to panic as they believe Spongebob and Plankton stole it from somewhere. Two new teammates create a time machine in order to retrieve a secret formula before it disappears, visiting some strange places along the way including an alien paralex where they meet Bubbles the dolphin time wizard. Later on in their adventures, they return to a time where the formula had vanished and begin using it once more for present-day situations. As they became aware that it is actually a fake formula created by Plankton while trying to take real ones, Bikini Bottomites attempt to destroy Spongebob (Plankton runs away). When Krabby patties smell are detected by everyone around him (and not just Spongebob himself), Bikini Bottomites decide instead to follow that scent rather than attempt destroying him; eventually arriving on a bank of surface waters and joining up. Everyone except Spongebob, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Squidward Sandy and Plankton heads back home, while six characters that remain are met by Bubbles who takes them up to where a pirate was selling Krabby Patties. Their team then discovers they could write in an amazing book with magical properties that make anything they write come true; therefore turning themselves into superheroes to battle this pirate; while Plankton also writes himself into their book as one!
