Storyline : Kelly and Mac settle down with their new baby in a peaceful neighborhood, but then the frat brother move next door. Teddy, the president, is a friendly man and Pete, his right-hand man. They are happy to make friends with Kelly and Mac when they introduce themselves. Mac repeatedly asks Teddy for a quieter fraternity, and even accepts an invitation to a party. Mac is notified by the police when Teddy breaks his promise to reduce the noise. Mac is quickly accused by the police of their existence, and a war ensues. Things get dangerous as the feud between the brothers and family escalates. The fraternity is put on thin ice by their college. Mac and Kelly, after receiving their last warning and being put on probation pull off a joke so clever that Teddy and Pete have to react. This comedy is a hilarious look at how quickly things can get out of hand when two frat houses and a family become neighbors.
